We connect residents across Dubai and the wider UAE with vetted, insured, and background-checked professionals for services including AC maintenance and repair, home cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, painting, handyman services, appliance repair, and more.

For the purposes of applicable UAE data protection law — including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) — QuickResponse Dubai acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through our platforms.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us, data collected automatically when you use our platforms, and data we receive from third parties.

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

  • Identity Data: Full name, gender (where provided)
